Thank you! She really is very pretty. She’s molting now and displaying a lot more red all over than usual (as far as I can recall). I hope to get closer shots of her soon but she’s often perched so high up!

I’d love to have one of Sadie’s feathers. In the past I’ve tried to save bird feathers, but of course they disintegrate over time unless treated, but I don’t know how to do that. Sadie’s tail is gorgeous, really beautiful as shown so perfectly in your photos. Thanks so much.

Hi, no – the fledglings appear to be gone for good now and starting their young lives out in the big world. The fledglings leave the park around this time every year.

I’m glad you liked it. I had to ‘leave my post’ and risk missing Sadie fly away as I walked up the Avenue to photograph where the feather was going to wind up. It was fun.

You keep finding new ways to make me smile 🙂 Loved it!

Thank you! The Hawks do look like they’re doing quite well which is always a relief. That window reflection was a happy surprise.

The hawks appear healthy and the red tail is so vibrant and colorful.
In the last picture, you nearly caught a full reflection in the window.

Thanks for your efforts in showing us dear Bobby and Sadie enjoying their neighborhood from so high in the sky.
