Three hawk babies at Saint John the Divine Cathedral nest

11:50AM. I’ve only visited the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine once and that was before I even knew there was a Red-tailed Hawk nest there. This year’s brood includes three nestlings. A friend donated the photo (taken on May 28th) of the nest and babies below. Thank you!

The cathedral is located in the Morningside Heights section of Manhattan. I hope to make a few trips to that nest this year since three babies will no doubt offer lots of action and the cathedral itself is absolutely beautiful.
