I just received confirmation from NYU that only two of the eggs hatched. The two little Hawks that did hatch are doing well. The two eggs were confirmed hatched April 27th so at this rate it would appear the third egg will not.
I watched as Bobby hunted and brought a pigeon to the nest this morning. Sadie then fed the babes (although I think I only saw one of the babies’ heads peeking up from the nest).
I’ll be posting photos of my visit later this evening but wanted to share the egg news now (2:15PM).
