I got to see the Washington Square Park Red-tailed Hawks briefly on this Thanksgiving Day.
Bobby was perched on a northwestern building:
Sadie came in for a landing on the southwestern building 15 minutes later:
Bobby then flew south 3 minutes later and Sadie flew out of sight while I went to look for Bobby.
I saw them again 10 minutes later as one of the Hawks flew north and the other flew far east.
It was a brief park visit and brief Hawk sighting but it turned out perfectly.
