As seen yesterday in my previous post, a pigeon that Bobby had caught and delivered to the nest had a band around one of its legs.
Sadie fed the body of the pigeon to the babies and I watched on the nest cam as she dug the banded leg out of the nest bowl and started feeding it to the babies at 6:51 this morning.
After a couple of nibbles of the leg meat, Sadie turned and removed the banded leg from the nest as she does with all uneaten meat scraps.
