There was some good Hawk action during my hour and a half visit at Washington Square Park today. There were a couple of nest switches, Bobby got dive-bombed by a Kestrel, and Sadie had a relaxing 40 minute break from egg-incubating duty.

I was en route to Washington Square Park when Dora, Tompkins Square Park’s female, flew in my direction and landed on the building in front of me. I couldn’t believe it!
