Footage taken on July 4th, 2011. Here is Pip crying out. She may have been nervous about being alone in a new environment (the trees of Washington Square Park). She had been recently fed so her cries were probably not because of hunger. In the background you hear someone say, “That’s not her”. I think it was someone unsure if she was the creature making the sound.

Bobby sits on top of the American flag as a smaller bird rushes up to harass him. A comical, corny scene from me to you. 🙂

Pip has graduated from flying from building to building to now flying from tree to tree in Washington Square Park! She is already expert at maneuvering through the trees and finding her way from the park to the buildings again. It was a great experience to witness her fly through the trees first-hand. It was a great way to enjoy the 4th of July!
