It was 29 degrees Fahrenheit when I visited Southeast Central Park today during my lunch hour. Cold and breezy.
Neither Red-tailed Hawk was around so I took a stroll around The Pond and otherwise tried to find some nice birds either in the water or in the trees nearby. There weren’t many around.

The more tan/tawny-colored Hawk flew from the north to the top of the Sherry-Netherland Hotel. It was the only Hawk I saw during today’s visit.
