A Hawk-watching friend in Washington Square Park alerted me that Bobby and Sadie were in the nest this morning.
Bobby had left the nest by the time I turned on the NYU Hawk Cam but I did get to watch Sadie sit in the nest for 20 minutes before she too flew out.
We will start to regularly see the Hawks bring new twigs to the nest and fortify the nest structure as mating season intensifies.
