Washington Square Park Hawks Bobby and Sadie were in excellent form within and north of the park today. Bobby watched prey below him but did not attempt to catch it.

Bobby Hawk briefly sat on a regular perch and surveyed the park. Other sights included birds napping and foraging as well as thriving plant life.

A rascally Washington Square Park squirrel caught my eye as I searched for the Red-tailed Hawks today.
