Bobby at the start of a snowstorm – January 21st, 2014

A friend and I visited Washington Square Park early this morning in the hopes of finding the Hawks before the impending snowstorm. But it had already started to snow by the time we headed out on our trek.

I am pretty sure it was Bobby who I spotted tucked under his favorite Silver Center pediment:

It was either Bobby nicely puffed out, relaxing, or Rosie looking a little darker due to the poor lighting:

The snowfall got heavier so we left the Hawk to try to find the other one before leaving the park. We didn’t find it.

When we looked toward the Hawk’s post we saw that it was already gone.
