A local news station ran a story about some of the migrating Red-tailed Hawks that have gotten themselves into trouble during their recent fall migration through New York City.

There were several Hawks seen during my outing including a Cooper’s Hawk and what might have been Bobby and Sadie Hawk chasing a third Red-tailed Hawk.

Bobby chased a Bald Eagle and then got into a tussle with a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk. He later rested near his mate Sadie.
