It was a special 4th of July because I saw all three Washington Square Park fledglings today. The youngsters were full of energy chasing pigeons on the west side of the park. One fledgling briefly sat on the park arch.

Today was full of fun Washington Square Park fledgling Hawk activity including diving for prey until Bobby delivered food. One fledgling snatched its sibling’s meal after a long, polite wait.

Today was full of fledgling Hawk activity in the park trees. Sights included diving attempts at prey and flying over the park square. Mama Sadie Hawk paid the fledglings an extended visit in the trees.
